Reserve at least two hours in advance. Reservations are required to guarantee space aboard the vessel. Nonrefundable $5 booking fee per sailing.
Reservation check-in is one hour in advance of departure due to security procedures. Reservation customers forfeit their reserved status and $5 booking fee if they have not completed check-in 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
Reservations are required for buses and other groups.
Please have your vehicle size, passenger count and credit card number handy when you call.
All fees and fares are charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.

Pets are permitted on all boats, with some on-board restrictions, but are NOT permitted on shuttles.
Photo ID required for all passengers 18 and over and all drivers. All of our ferries are wheelchair-accessible via elevators from each terminal. Please advise toll collector if elevator acess is required and allow extra time for boarding. The shuttles are also wheelchair-accessible, upon request.
